CPR and first aid

A webpage cannot teach your hands. The job this week is to book a class, not to memorize a diagram.

A DadLane sheet. Fill the blanks, screenshot it, or print it.

A DadLane sheet. The prompts are ours. Fill the blanks in your own words. Free to print. Not medical, legal, or financial advice.

The steps

Find a class before you need it.

Screenshot the card, or print it. The links below stay on the site.

  1. 01Open the Red Cross class list. Search where you live.
  2. 02If a baby is in the house, pick a class that includes infant skills.
  3. 03In person if you can. Online alone may not count when someone asks for a card.
  4. 04Put the date on the calendar the day you book it.
  5. 05Write the class date, the address, and the start time on the fridge the same day.
  6. 06Tell the other adult where you will be. One trained person is the start. Two is better.
  7. 07If someone is not breathing right now, call 911. Do not open this page first.A page cannot start rescue breathing. If they are not breathing, the call is the step. This card is for the week you book a class.

If a player is here, it is a real public video. If the line says Find on YouTube, that is a search, not a video DadLane picked. Then do the steps on the sheet.
