Ten minutes

Start here.

Three doors. Three moves each. Then one page, not the whole map.

Ten minutes. Then the appointment.

You do not need the whole map tonight. Three moves, then mile 01.

  1. Put the next appointment on your calendar before you sleep. Include the address. If you do not have a time yet, text tonight and ask for the next one.
  2. One note by the bed: who is awake from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., and the after-hours number. You will not find that number in a portal at 2 a.m.
  3. Open mile 01 and do item 01 only. Then close the map.The first job is the appointment. The rest of the mile can wait until tomorrow.

Hard day right now · 10 min

Ten minutes. The call comes first.

If someone might get hurt, you are done with this list. Call.

  1. Call or text 988 if you might hurt yourself or someone else. If danger is in the room, call 911.Stop this list there. The kit is for the hour after someone answers.
  2. Water. Sit down. Text one safe person the exact line: Hard hour. Can you stay on the line?A standing body makes a worse next decision.
  3. When you are steady, open the kit and do the next hour. Then one mile, by the child's age.A new life plan is not the job. One mile is.

Ten minutes. You are not late.

Months away or years away, tonight is three moves. No speech about the gap.

  1. Write one promise with a day and an hour. Example: pickup Thursday at 5, or dinner Sunday at 6.Months away or years away, tonight is still one sentence they can watch.
  2. Text the other adult before you text the child. Use a day they already allowed.A surprise visit is your need. Their week was already written.
  3. Open Not late and do those three moves. If a court order exists, ask your lawyer before you go.The order outranks this page. The promise is still the work when the order allows it.
